Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-2+ years of experience selling products or services to public relations people at agencies, within corporate communications departments, and at non-profits. You will be set up for success with the support of our award-winning team to build a strong base of business.

D S Simon Media specializes in producing satellite media tours, live social media production, and video production. Our clients include top national brands in healthcare, consumer products, technology, food & beverage, entertainment, retail, and travel industries.

We recognize that COVID-19 has taken both a personal and professional toll on so many. It has also significantly increased the need for brands and non-profits to communicate with key publics through the media.  That is creating an opportunity for the right person with an extensive contact list of people who buy our services to succeed here.

The person we hire needs to have a “go after it” mentality. They also need a mindset to sell only to clients with campaigns and needs that will specifically benefit from our services. That approach has resulted in repeat business from nearly every organization we’ve worked with in our history and allows the right salesperson to build a profitable and growing book of business. Because we were able to secure funding under the government’s Payroll Protection Program, the candidate will need to start by June 1, 2020. Your package will include a competitive base salary, commission, and benefits.
