Through this Public Service Announcement (PSA), the Kessler Foundation brought awareness to people with disabilities and showed all that they are capable of achieving. They make great employees, marathon runners, athletes, business leaders, etc. By working through the disabilities they have, many people have actually become stronger individuals. They are hard working, loyal, and have perseverance which makes them great for any workplace.
Daryl “Chill” Mitchell, a TV actor, and Veteran Ian Brown were the spokespersons for this campaign. Both of them were injured in some way and are now in wheelchairs. They talk about all they have been through and bring light to all of the abilities they have, some of which they discovered after they were injured. Working through their injuries have improved their lives.
