“Weill Cornell Medicine was generated because we lost our Cornell University President to cancer. And it was a time of uncertainty and leadership and it was important for us to show the strength of our faculty, the strength of the institution, in a time where we were transitioning. So it was really important for us to have an internal communications campaign, that resonated with everyone and showed us that we were still strong even in a time of uncertainty.”
“It’s really about storytelling. Each person had a story to tell. And when we listened to that story and leverage that story, to tell everyone what we were doing, it was really exciting, and their own family got excited. So, it’s about being a storyteller and listening to people.
